Born and raised in Guyana, South America, Executive Director Samuel Fraser carries a deep, lifelong connection to the community the organization serves. Guided by a strong desire to give back, Uplift Serve & Empower Foundation Inc. began as a humble family initiative rooted in compassion and a shared commitment to help those in need. In its earliest days, the work was sustained through personal sacrifice and the generosity of family and friends who believed in the mission.
From those beginnings, the vision continued to grow. Uplift Serve & Empower Foundation Inc. was officially established as a New York State registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization on May 17, 2024, expanding its ability to serve, uplift, and bring hope to individuals and families living in poverty.
OUR MISSION
We are dedicated to improving and restoring the lives of individuals and families living in poverty in Guyana, South America. Through collaboration with local community resources, we identify those most in need and provide meaningful assistance at no cost to recipients.
Our mission is driven by a commitment to giving back and strengthening communities through direct support. Donations are used responsibly to deliver essential aid, including food, hygiene products, school supplies, and the shipping of critical supplies to those we serve.
